Trying to encrypt and configure updater

I'm trying to do all process do encrypt and to make available a version with updater and got that error.
If I put modules, mods, layouts, data and init.lua on the folder it runs ok.
With just libGLESv2.dll, libEGL.dll, d3dcompiler_47.dll and client.exe I got that error:
Could someone help me with that?
