Missing Icon: Speed Loader (.40 Magnum)

Found an issue regarding specifically the visibility of the empty speed loader (.40 Magnum) ammo case. It can still be picked up and possibly even scrapped and even has an in hand icon, but otherwise can't be picked up without actually right clicking.
