Add a Readme file

Per my understanding, CodeNoodles is intending that we can run this ourselves by simply downloading and running one of the files ending in .exe.

Hugh, it seems it works by just running the executable but I am having an issue with the model finishing a game, it seems to get stuck constantly dying at a certain percentage. Has anyone else been able to successfully run it to 100% ?

Perhaps you can provide a screenshot or a video of the exact moment it dies?
