[BUG] Cooler Consolidation Modal gets stuck on Approve DAI #3200

Describe the Bug
Cooler consolidation modal gets stuck on Approve DAI screen unless you approve infinite.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to https://app.olympusdao.finance/#/lending/cooler
Assuming you have multiple v2 loans Click on Consolidate Loans
Click Approve to approve DAI
Approve maximum amount of DAI available that is greater than required for interest payment (but not infinite)

Expected Behavior
The modal should move to next step i.e. Approve gOHM

Workarounds (if any)
Only workaround seems to be to approve infinite.

already did approvals, didn't save screenshots.

thanks for the report. this will be resolved in #3224 when the new consolidation contract is deployed. dupe of #3217
