Error when attempting to change settings

When attempting to save settings in the splunk_graphite configuration screen, I get the following error:

`Encountered the following error while trying to update: In handler 'localapps': Error while posting to url=/servicesNS/nobody/splunk_graphite/splunk_graphite/graphite_config/graphite_config`

Any thoughts on how to resolve this?
