error message remains in PROBLEMS tab after selecting an unavailable Pack

Current behavior, Steps to reproduce and Expected behavior

At Software Components, I tried to install a Pack version that does not yet exist:
ARM::CMSIS-Compiler@2.3.0
This configuration correctly results in an error message that is reported at the PROBLEMS tab

When I now correct my settings to an existing version (2.2.0) of that Pack, this error message remains.
Even a VSC restart does not remove this message; see attached screenshot.

In use:

• B-U585I-IOT02A (Rev.C), Blinky project
• arm.cmsis-csolution 1.67.2-25-5aca938

At the moment, the only workaround is to re-create my solution

a) workaround -> in the PROBLEMS view please click on "find in files" and remove the pack version that does not exist.
b) I see the problem that once a none existing pack version is configured in the pack's dialog, the pack is disappearing from the list of packs in solution, even though the pack is still specified by the project. This would be needed to change/correct the version like we are doing it for components.

If the user now switches to "Installed Packs" and adds a valid version of the pack this will be by default in cproject.yml which means we now have a valid version in cproject.yml but still an invalid one in the csolution.yml and therefore the error remain.
Again "find in files" in the PROBLEMS will highlight that the 2.3.0 is still referenced.

Open-CMSIS-Pack/devtools#2463 fixes the issue.
Some decorations in pack view might be useful, but functionally it works as expected.
