Update Home and Contribute pages for improved content and user engagement

- Changed the label from "In Progress" to "Featured" on the Home page for better clarity.
- Added a new link to the Skool platform on the Contribute page, enhancing resource accessibility for users.
- Improved button styles and layout for a more visually appealing design.
