Previously everyone was making a lot of commit like data pipeline, normalization, xformers, etc. It results in aimless mess.
We need to first understand what our goal is, keep the repo clean and minimal.
You may suggest a task / research question, we need to develop it in detail, agree what will be added to the repo and why, and then it may be done. You may discuss anything below.
