[BUG] Audio distortion

Current Behavior

Imported .WAV, and some .PNGs for the project, exported to a WebM.

The audio is distorted, as if it may be adding too much compression of some sort.

Expected Behavior

No distortion. The audio level in the .WAV is already set compressed, and ready for production.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Import .WAV which already has clean audio
2. Export to WebM

the latest refactor we released #697 has solved this issue. (not in production just yet though)
