Support ofn v1beta2

The latest API version of OFN has been upgraded to v1beta2, so ff-python needs to be upgraded to adapt to the latest OFN API.

Changes are mainly in the CONTEXT structure, such as replacing the concept of runtime with trigger, changing plugin to hook, etc.
