Invalid ofn-functions-framework version #17
Description
During the installation steps, it is recommended to add ofn-functions-framework==0.2.0 to the requirements.txt file.
However, the version provided, 0.2.0, is not valid and attempting to install it will fail.
0.2.0 should be replaced with 0.2.0rc1 to match the version of the latest OpenFunction update.
