Create a single zip of all NSF / NTF files #85
Description
Versions have not changed and are separate from individual releases. Plus they are not included in core currently. Having a separate release that can be downloaded will help developers get started.
Also go back through previous releases to include any databases (e.g. relational) that are not in the latest release.
