The ROV embedded computer has been struggling to process messages

Hi, my Pro HD camera feed seems to be so intermittent (sometimes up sometimes down).
and I got this message when the camera feed is down.

"The ROV embedded computer has been struggling to process messages."
please see attached image.

I am running the newest image 31.0.0 (RC4) and v2.8 ROV with the Pro HD camera.

any ideas?
