No Video Export when Mocking #642
Description
Im running Ubuntu VM in Hyper V and mocking hardware.
Im able to connect to Cockpit and also see the 'demo' video stream.
I can hit record, and shows Chromes Local blob storage limit counting down from 16G
I can see the frames being pushed to the borowser in F12, I can see the localDB growing as tememetry is stored.
But when i go to Data page, the new recordings show up, but there is no Convert to Video Segment Export button.
I have tried GEOMUX (no video) but MJPEG seems to be working. I have installed FFMPEG.
I had this working about 3-4 weeks ago, and after some time would see the video being constructed.
But after spending a day on it today, I can't get it going again....
Did a Repo re-clone and re-built... same.
