Is it possible to provide the local container as Home Assistant add-on?

This should be doable as the weather is already provided as Docker container. However, as someone who is not familiar with Home Assistant, I am not entirely sure what would be involved. I did ask generative AI, and it seems this would involve writing a wrapper script (repository.yaml etc.) If someone could start the effort and test it, it would be great. We can review and accept the PR.
