Additional Pattern Generation Items

Hello,

Opening this to track what items we need and what's currently being worked on with regards to pattern generation. Some items may overlap with program generation but, at least in my case, I'm more focused on patterns than programs at the moment.

Currently, all I have in the near-term is:

• Add pattern headers
• Add pattern dispatcher
• Add opcodes/microcode support

Feel free to add any other items here.

I've started working on pattern headers already, but if anyone else wants to jump in, just add a note to the project so we can track whose working on what.
