Assigning bin:none to first test in the flow throws exception

@info-rchitect could you please comment with your TestIds configuration?

Essentially, I personally follow the following order. Configure bins first, softbins second and numbers third.

If numbers depends on bin and softbin (and is a function?), make sure a check for nil is implemented in the configuration.

I'll try to replicate your configuration locally and see whats happening. There are some constraints on the configuration listed here http://origen-sdk.org/test_ids/#Configuration

@priyavadan We split our testing into test modules and most of them have a single hardbin assigned for WS and FT. However, some test modules have multiple hardbins assigned based on the test type. For example, for ATPG testing there are three different hardbins at WS, one each for chain, logic, and delay test types. I am pretty sure most companies actually do assign separate bins at WS for these test types so proper statistical bin limits can be set.

  config.bins.include << 5..16
  config.softbins = 'bbxxx'
  config.publish_to_ate = false
end

My workaround for these types of test modules was to define a range of hardbins in the WS config and then pass in the bin dynamically in the flow file.

I noticed that in your configuration, the config.softbins should be :bbxxx ( A Symbol)
Currently not sure if that would make a difference.

@priyavadan i guess it must like either as I always get the correct softbins. This bug is about assigning bin: none as the first test in the flow. Could you try to do that manually in your flow file?

@info-rchitect I was able to replicate this but I have no clue yet as to what is happening. Will spend some more time and see if I can figure it out.
