+This repository contains a range of formulas and algorithms used to phenotype patient health status, many of which relate to kidney or heart function, on which our study focuses.
+Where not otherwise specified, algorithms have been supplied which mirrored current NHS England diagnostic criteria and were compatable with functional e-alert systems as of May 2018.
