🐛 Bug (问题描述)

若行首为小字双行夾注，行末合为正文不能正常识别，整行不见于输出结果。

若行首为正文，行末分为双行夾注，则能正常输出。

了解了。另，我用另一种扫描质量更好的古籍测试，小字双行夾注没有这个问题。所以应与具体图像难度有关，在继续优化过程中完善解决。
