Bug: PR Workflow fail even after approval from coderabbit

Describe the bug
After creating PR the workflow "Validate CodeRabbit Approval" fail if coderabbit does not approve PR initially and ask for some changes.
But after the conversation with coderabbit has been resolved and coderabbit approved the PR, still the workflow "Validate CodeRabbit Approval" remain in failed state.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a new PR
2. If coderabbit ask for changes then resolve the conversation with coderabbit
3. After coderabbit approved the PR, the workflow "Validate CodeRabbit Approval" remain in failed state
4. Also if do another commit the workflow "Validate CodeRabbit Approval" will remain in failed state.

Expected behavior
After PR is approved by coderabbit workflow "Validate CodeRabbit Approval" should pass.

Actual behavior
After PR is approved by coderabbit workflow "Validate CodeRabbit Approval" remain in failed state.
