26 second delay until SelfControl

I've been testing HammerControl by doing the following:

1. Set a difference of 1–3 minutes between the start and end times in the schedule.json file, in a few minutes from the actual OS time (eg., if the time is 19:00, I would set said times for 19:01 and 19:03)
2. Reload the Configuration in Hammerspoon. This runs fine.
3. Wait for the target time to arrive.

This works fine, except for a small detail: it takes around 26 seconds from the target start hour to actually execute SelfControl. The actual execution happens in the blink of an eye. Huh.

I'm a little confused...
Timing will depend on when Self Control starts for example, 19:00:30 (19:00 and 30 seconds) will then target the next time to be (target time in minutes + 30 seconds). Annoying but the extra few seconds imo doesn't matter practically

If you're using a vpn, the timing might mess up as it detects your location and then gets the time from an online source so you can't bypass it by changing the system time.
