Description
Hi ,
I have to work with Pantheon+ data , So i ave been looking a it. I had an issue that the common SNE between JLA and Pantheon+ I found was only 585.
It is stated in "The Pantheon+ Analysis: The Full Dataset and Light-Curve Release" in section 2.4
and all but 10 of the SNe in JLA are in Pantheon+
I have attached my code which is written in Jupyter comparing Pantheon+ and JLA supernovae here.
The supernovae were compared on the basis of difference in peakMJD and angular separations.
I then relaxed the conditions twice and checked for the SIMBAD ID's to check whether the compared SNE have same ID's in SIMBAD.
I found 585 unique supernovae which were common in Pantheon+ and JLA(not 730).
This has me confused.
