I've pushed the pdf to the publications dir and linked to that. This is what we've done for every other item on that page.

ok - my concern was if this was allowed, given the copyright issue - I know we can publish a pre-print to arxiv but wasn't sure which of our own PDFs we could put on our own site

also, publishing to arxiv has better visibility than putting it on our website
