Limelight!!

This will be a very useful thing to keep tack of, this why I am making a issue for this, even though the work has been mostly completed.

The Limelight code was originally taken from NAHSRobotics-Team5667 (which provides a very nice limelight class that is neat and nice to read)

some things that have been taken into account:

• instance has been removed to allow for multiple cameras
• The modes have been moved to a separate file for organization

This does currently not support any learning models that is dictated in limelight's docs

there are many debates online of what to use for Image classification so more research will need to be done.

as dictated my the most recent commit ffc4982 (in the TODOs) there is a (very high) chance that getting the bot pose in AutoAlignment.java will need to be changed:
