Raw data splitting is implemented, so it wouldn't be unreasonable to also split single cell vectors.
When that happens, we also need to split cell type annotations, cell-level characteristics.
Existing aggregated vectors can also be splitted by looking at the source biomaterial.
I'm pretty sure splitting a single-cell dataset with aggregated vectors would not work.
This is a very low priority issue. The workaround is to reload data for each split.
