[BUG] Config Edit Opens in Background on Windows

1. Run cortex config --edit

Expected Behavior

Print "Opening config in $EDITOR..." message

Actual Behavior

Command returns but unclear if editor opened

Thank you for reporting this issue! We have confirmed the problem and submitted a fix.

When using the config edit command, the application now clearly shows a message indicating which editor is being opened. This makes it much easier to understand what is happening, especially on Windows where editors may open in the background.

The fix is now under review: CortexLM/cortex-cli#80

Once the fix is merged, it will be available in the next release. Thanks for helping us improve!
