Thank you for reporting this issue! We've confirmed the problem and submitted a fix.

You were right that the help text for the PR review option wasn't clear about what it actually does. The fix improves the documentation to explain that when enabled, it will:

• Post welcome messages when someone opens a new pull request
• Allow team members to request code reviews by commenting with a special command
• Automatically trigger re-reviews when new commits are pushed

The fix is now under review: CortexLM/cortex-cli#56
