Thank you for reporting this issue! We've confirmed the problem and submitted a fix.

The issue you described - where running a prompt could cause unintended duplicate actions - has been addressed. The fix ensures that automatic retries are now disabled by default, so your commands and file operations won't accidentally run twice when there's a temporary network hiccup.

The fix is now under review: CortexLM/cortex-cli#19
