Thank you for reporting this issue! We have confirmed the problem and submitted a fix.

When running the github run command without specifying an event type, the error message was not showing which event types are valid. This has now been addressed so you will see the available options (like issue_comment, pull_request, etc.) directly in the error message when something goes wrong.

The fix is now under review: CortexLM/cortex-cli#25
