Thank you for reporting this issue! We've confirmed the problem and submitted a fix.

The issue where hidden content was being included in scraped results has been addressed. The scrape command will now properly respect element visibility and exclude hidden content from the output.

The fix is now under review: CortexLM/cortex-cli#46
