This issue is a duplicate of #29427. Both issues report the same accessibility bug: the command palette listbox lacks an aria-label. The screenshot shows the Command Palette (referred to as "QuickPick" by the reporter), which is the same component reported in #29427. Both issues were filed by the same author within 4 minutes of each other with identical descriptions and the same "[alpha]" tag. The underlying bug is in the CommandPalette components (src/components/palette/CommandPalette.tsx and src/components/cortex/command-palette/CortexCommandPalette.tsx) where the listbox element has role="listbox" but no aria-label attribute.
