Ultra space ores unaffected by fortune; Ultra Fossil ore is useless, every fossil ore drops itself and xp

Issue Description:

All Ultra space ores are unaffected by fortune, dropping their ultra counterpart blocks as if using silk touch, even with regular picks, and thus must be smelted in order to get the resources. Ultra fossil ore, being unsmeltable, is useless.

What happens:

Mine ultra space ore, get the ore, even with a fortune pickaxe, as if a player was using Silk Touch.

Affects Ultra Space variants of vanilla ores also.

What you expected to happen:

Mine ore, such as Ruby, and get the ruby item resource. Mine fossil ore, and get fossils. Fortune-affected ore.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Ultra Space
2. Find ore
3. Mine it
4. Get the ore back, not any sort of resource.

Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"): Replace with a list of all mods you have in.

Adding on to this - every type of fossil ore, when broken, does not yield fossils. It simply drops itself and some experience. Blocks can be replaced and re broken for infinite xp.
