Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In order to prevent littering drops everywhere or making it easy to just run in and grab stuff after a fight, have nothing drop when wild Pokemobs die, whether from fighting amongst themselves or dying to other causes.

Describe the solution you'd like
A config option to prevent anything from dropping when a wild Pokemob dies if the player wasn't involved. I,E attacking them, whether with their own Pokemobs or directly.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Leaving it alone, I guess? I looked in the configs to try and find a pre-existing option if it exists, but didn't find anything.
