Undeclared dependency

I created a fresh Ubuntu Xenial VM on digital ocean, and followed the installation instructions in the README. After this was done, I ran
cargo fel4 --help
which resulted in the following error message:
/home/<USER>/.cargo/bin/cargo-fel4: error while loading shared libraries: libproc_macro-5ec482606a6294f7.so : cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I had the same problem and it was fixed when I switched to the latest nightly.
