This is an awesome idea. We can build it using Rocky as a base - we can get a Dockerfile started... The latest rocky available on the official Rocky Linux image is 9.3 as of right now: https://hub.docker.com/_/rockylinux

I can write up some installer scripts to get dependencies on there. We just need to formulate a collection of packages that should be available.
