Please give us a description of what happened

When navigating using the keyboard, tabbing to the link inside the glossary popup causes the popup to close, losing focus and preventing the user from activating the link.

To Reproduce

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Place cursor position before the FAIR glossary link.
2. Tab to focus the glossary trigger, observing the popover opening.
3. Tab again to focus the glossary link.

Expected results

1. The popover should stay open, allowing the user to read the text and follow the link.

Actual results

1. The popover closes.
