### 🔐 Mask wallet address consistently

Overview
Wallet addresses should be displayed in a safe, readable shortened format across the UI.

Requirements

• Add wallet address formatting utility
• Apply it in navbar, portfolio page, and transaction history
• Keep full address available via copy action where needed

Acceptance Criteria

• Wallet address display is consistent
• Full address is not visually overwhelming
• Utility is tested
