Leave the issue specs here, which can also be used in issue logs.

Issue specs should be as specific as possible since this will be record in issue logs (course required document) as well.

Always use git-hook to commit(git hook will be provided in google drive). So that all the related commits will be shown in the right issue block and right pull request.
