I can't join

I have a problem. I installed this plugin, but it prevents me from accessing my server. I access the server using the MinekUbe Connect plugin. Why is this plugin blocking me from accessing Minekube Connect?

What server software you're using? (Spigot/Paper)
What version are you on?
Do you have a server log from logs folder?
What error does the client show?
Have you tried connecting directly without Minekube Connect?
