would be good to update the orderbook display after the txid is completed
right now need to click on Bids and then Asks (or the reverse) to get the page to update

Made it a mustfix bug as it should be really easy to fix

when the dialog is left open the orderbook updates but if the dialog is closed before the tx completes the orderbook does not update.
