Add Lean Data Format Section

Expected Behavior

QuantConnect Docs (under Lean Engine) documents Lean Data Format for supported securities instead of the Lean Repo. The Lean repo links to docs.

Actual Behavior

The Lean Data format is documented in Lean with readme.
