Hard way
I think how this would work is a <script> tag included on your page that authenticates the tracking for the iframe...? I'm not sure. Running Joystation in an iframe isn't hard. What is hard is making sure that your Google Analytics key isn't picked up by an end user when a generic URL is authenticated to receive stats. Without that authentication, anyone could start sending analytics to anyone else. This is technically still possible all over the web, and I have no idea if it's worth trying to stop. I have no idea if anyone bothers to do dumb things like this.
