Simplify asset management

Summary

The current asset management workflow is pretty complicated, see :

We'd like some of those steps to be automatized if possible.

Ideally, the process should look like this :

• Create a new Packet Assets asset and name it "Assets".
• Tick the the Addressable checkbox in the Inspector window of each relevant assets and put it in the Assets packet.
• Press some buttons somewhere which should trigger :
  • Creating a database asset with a name generated by the packet asset name and put it in the relevant folder
  • Creating the enum with a name generated by the packet asset name and put it in the relevant folder
  • Find and load all databases.
