@jszinai mentioned that currently pumped hydro is handled as a normal generation plant with negative capacity factors for charging. There's no constraint on state of charge or the like. Do we want to handle pumped hydro with the storage module?

+1 for this issue since recent results from my run show that as a dispatchable resource hydro has a big impact on how much we need seasonal storage. Modelling pumped hydro properly and hydro in general is very important!
In my modeling, I find that pumped hydro plants are modeled the exact same as run-of-river plants. The effect is that in practice, I am not modeling pumped hydro at all...
