Hi WG9R, test messages from the modem73's test utils or from LinBPQ? I will play around with this software myself to let you know if I find anything. |

I sent the test messages both ways using modem73's built in mechanism.

When you run Winlink Express make sure to turn Fragmentation in the modem ON for both sides or adjust the PACLEN down to whatever fits inside your modem frame size |

Uh oh!
There was an error while loading. Please reload this page.
I have an RMS station running LinBPQ, and a Linux computer configured with Winlink Express via Wine. Everything works great when using packet over direwolf (at both ends).
I tried setting up modem73 on the server and the client, and I can send test messages that both sides can receive from each other. But when I run Winlink Express through the KISS interface, it calls out but never seems to connect.
Has anyone else got this to work yet? One thing I noticed is I cannot configure my SSID in my callsign on the RMS side, so I don't know if that is causing an issue. If I add a -10 to my callsign, modem73 will not start and indicates I have an invalid call sign.
Looking forward to messing around with this some more! Thanks!
