[Issue]: How to build the instinct driver?

Problem Description

I try to build the drm drivers by make M=drivers/gpu/drm, but I check the output and never see admkcl files been compiled. So any instructions to build the instinct driver?

Steps to Reproduce

1. make menuconfig to enable AMD GPU as Module。
2. make prepare
3. make M=drivers/gpu/drm
