[Issue]: Repo for Red Hat 9 ROCM packages contains RH 8 packages

Problem Description

The repo at repo.radeon.com/rocm/el9/7.2.1/main/ contains Red Hat 8 packages, not Red Hat 9. Please update the repo to have the correct packages for the correct OS. Thank you!

I noticed the https://repo.radeon.com/graphics/7.2.1/rhel/9.6/main/x86_64/ repo had a similar problem, but this appears to have been resolved.

This is a duplicate of ROCm/ROCm#5774 and per the closing comment there, these packages should work for your RHEL 9 environment. If you are encountering issues with these packages, please let me know and I'll be happy to reopen.
