Steps to reproduce the issue
- Install ThunderbirdPlus
- Execute NVDA installer, e.g. nvda_2023.1.exe.
Actual behaviour
The webpage Thunderbird+ : Notifications opens above the launcher dialog
Expected behaviour
No webpage should open when executing NVDA installer.
