Bug Description

K value is not displayed in the ic-ops panel for user to change for the clones in GSM8K notebook

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to GSM8K notebook, rune2e
2. Click on any run's ic-ops panel on ml-flow
3. See error - no k displayed

Expected Behavior

Prompt_manager_k value needs to be present and can be updated via clones

The k for prompt manager cannot be changed at retrieval time. For the langchain ExampleSelector class k is set at initialization time (indexing time, it internally uses a in-memory vector store that goes through the indexing stage when initialized). So we need to use a doc processing actor for this.

The scheduler only supports: clone-modify -> query actor
We will need to build: clone-modify -> doc actor -> query actor to support this.

I suggest taking this up when we start supporting re-indexing for clone-modify.
