Add regression tests for polyres.py

Currently, on PR#61 `polyres.py` has manual test code at the bottom of the file. We need automated regression tests for `polyres.py` to ensure DRC compliance and correct behavior across different configurations (single/multi-finger, snake/non-snake, n-type/p-type, silicided/unsalicided).
